• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
• North South University,East West University,BRAC University,University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 3–7 years of experience in BI, Commercial Analytics, Strategy, Product Analytics, or Consulting.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and AI tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in telecom, SaaS, fintech, digital products, or e-commerce is a plus.

• Better executive decision-making.

• Improved marketing ROI.

• Automated reporting through AI.

• Clear business insights that drive measurable growth.

• Build executive dashboards and business KPIs.

• Analyze marketing ROI, CAC, LTV, retention, and product performance.

• Identify growth opportunities, revenue leakage, and business risks.

• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) to automate analysis and reporting.

• Deliver weekly business insights and actionable recommendations to the CEO.
