Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.

  2. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management and on-boarding.

  3. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.

  4. Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and campus hiring initiatives.

  5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

  6. Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments.

  7. Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and manpower status reports for management.

  8. Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and labor laws.

  9. Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  10. Negotiate compensation within approved salary structures and prepare employment offers.

  11. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation.

  12. Improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

  13. Support probation confirmation, induction and employee integration activities.

  14. Coordinate with HR Operations to ensure smooth joining formalities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

  • MBA/MHRM with a specialization in Human Resource Management will be preferred.
