Responsibilities & Context:
1) Manage warehouse operations and ensure effective coordination with Sales, factory, Accounts, and other departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2)Receive finished goods from the factory against delivery challan and verify product quantity, quality condition, and proper stacking arrangement.
3)Ensure proper storage and handling of products according to company guidelines and maintain LIFO/FIFO practices where applicable.
4)Prepare and maintain efficient delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective product distribution.
5)Coordinate with sales teams, and transport personnel to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
6)Maintain accurate records of all warehouse-related transactions, stock movement, and operational documents.
7)Maintain all warehouse -related expenses into the system, manage petty cash, and ensure proper reconciliation with supporting documents.
8)Conduct regular physical stock counts, update inventory records, and immediately report any stock, quantity.
9)Monitor delivery vehicles, maintain vehicle logbooks, supervise drivers, and coordinate vehicle maintenance/repairs or third-party logistics services.
10)Ensure all daily warehouse administrative activities are performed in compliance with company policies, including safety security etc.
11)Maintain accurate attendance records of depot employees, drivers, security personnel, and support staff.
