A degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an asset, though exceptional practical experience is highly valued.

• Age 25 to 38 years

• Strong proficiency in embroidery digitizing software.

• Deep understanding of different fabrics (velvet, leather, linen, chenille) and how they react to heavy embroidery machinery.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design capabilities, from classic/traditional patterns to clean, modern geometric layouts.

• Design Development: Create elegant, modern, and traditional embroidery patterns specifically tailored for furniture upholstery like sofas, chairs, and headboards.

• Digital Digitizing: Convert sketches into production-ready digital embroidery formats using software.

• Material Selection: Select appropriate thread types, colors, and stitch densities compatible with heavy upholstery fabrics (velvet, leather, linen).

• Sampling & QC: Produce and review initial design samples to correct stitch errors and ensure flawless alignment before mass production.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the upholstery and production teams to ensure embroidered fabrics match furniture frame dimensions perfectly.

• Trend Research: Track shifting interior design and textile trends to introduce fresh, competitive concepts to the product line.
