Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Storekeepers, Pickers, MHE Operators and warehouse laborers for optimum resource utilization.
Ensure efficient dock utilization and coordinate with Transport team for timely vehicle availability.
Lead daily warehouse arrangement and plan picking activities based on allocation and workload.
Monitor cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory of all SKUs, including fast-moving/high-value items.
Monitor CP SKU inventory and movements as per UBL guidelines.
Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions.
Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with warehouse safety guidelines.
Support audits and physical stock verification as required.
Plan dispatch activities to ensure completion within the defined cut-off time.
Update daily operational status through agreed communication channels.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
