Responsibilities & Context:
Operate quality inspection equipment, including checkweighers, metal detectors, vision inspection systems, and color sorting machines.
Inspect tea products and packaging for weight, sealing, labeling, appearance, and product quality.
Identify defective products and remove them from the production line.
Monitor inspection equipment and perform basic adjustments when required.
Maintain quality inspection records and reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and company quality standards.
Coordinate with Production and Quality Assurance teams to resolve quality issues.
