Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Minimum 5 years relevant position in FMCG

• Ensure the proper planning, implementation, and controlling of the product design & development, capacity, process, facility layout, and production technology & resources of production department.

• Drive effectively operations of the production department in general to achieve the company’s operative and financial goals.

• Develop the new products and adjust the formulas for the existing products according to the sales demand of market.

• Oversee the proper preparation and timely issue of SOP plan in consultation with factory manager and other concerned managers.

• Ensure that resources required for Bar production are provided well in time for meeting the production target.

• Draw up a production schedule according to the sales demand & inventory level and workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

• Set up the standards of operation, production process programs & quality standards and ensure the implement.

• Drive cost efficiencies and bring about overall reduction in the cost of production & to this end, ensure appropriate use of costing systems & data analysis.

• Ensure machine up-time planned shutdowns for preventive maintenance and quick turnarounds of breakdowns.

• Ensure capacity utilization, line and labor productivity and plan for capacity expansion ahead of need.

• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.

• Keep the record properly and distribution of production data.

• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.

• Prepare and submit reports on time with accurate figures & facts to the factory manager and occasionally send the copies to other concerned parties of the group.
