Responsibilities & Context:
Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and other laboratory samples.
Conduct testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, pH meter, Karl Fischer, etc., as applicable.
Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and test samples according to approved procedures.
Ensure laboratory testing is performed according to SOPs, specifications, GMP/GLP, and applicable standards.
Review analytical results and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Investigate OOS/OOT results and support root-cause analysis and CAPA.
Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
Maintain laboratory safety, cleanliness, and chemical inventory.
Prepare and review analytical reports, COAs, worksheets, and related documentation.
Support method validation, method verification, stability studies, and analytical method development when required.
