Responsibilities & Context:
1) Ensure on-time processing of all fuel pump vendor bills in Oracle software.
2) Ensure on-time processing of all vehicle vendor bills in Oracle software.
3) Assist in the timely processing of all internal transport bills in Oracle software.
4) Prepare and complete driver's appointments and transfer letters for warehouse and corporate product-carrying vehicles.
5) Support transport cost optimization initiatives.
6) Execute at least one improvement project annually in Structure, Policy, Process & System, Cost Optimization, or Quality.
7) Participate in and complete training programs as per the annual training plan (intra-functional and cross-functional).
