Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer inquiries from sample development to order confirmation.
Coordinate with Product Development (PD), Production, Quality, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare costing, quotations, BOM and order-related documents.
Monitor raw material sourcing and ensure timely material availability.
Maintain regular communication with international buyers regarding development, production, shipment and any order related issues.
Coordinate laboratory testing and customer compliance requirements.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare production updates, shipment reports and other merchandising reports.
Resolve order-related issues through effective cross-functional coordination.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
