Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
MBA or a postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
Certification in Supply Chain Management (SCM) will be an added advantage.
Certification in Data Analysis will be an added advantage.

Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC is looking for an experienced professional to lead its Raw Material Planning & Monitoring (WFR) function. The ideal candidate will oversee material requirement planning, supply continuity, stock optimization, and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Lead the Raw Material Planning & Monitoring (WFR) function by developing material plans based on market forecasts, future demand trends, and quantitative, qualitative, and causal analyses.
Assist in developing, implementing, analyzing, and coordinating the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
Plan and Release raw material purchase requirements based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for both Foreign and Local Sourced Materials.
Monitor the status of Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Letters of Credit (LC) for all released raw material orders.
Ensure uninterrupted production by maintaining an adequate and consistent supply of raw materials through close coordination with Production, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
Track production volumes, monitor customer demand patterns, and provide regular reports to CBO.
Maintain minimum stock levels for all raw materials while ensuring optimum inventory holding days.
Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory and develop initiatives to minimize excess stock.
Monitor the accuracy and integrity of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and communicate any discrepancies to the concerned departments.
Analyze planning and inventory data in collaboration with CBO, DCBO, and other stakeholders to establish effective ordering, inventory, and replenishment policies.
Prepare regular planning reports, statistical analyses, and inventory performance updates for management.
Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure timely material availability for new model development and product launches.
Organize and coordinate monthly operational planning meetings with relevant departments.
Continuously drive process improvements to enhance planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain efficiency.
