Experience:

• 7 to 12 years

BSc. Eng. in ME/IPE/EEE from any reputed university.

• 7 to 12 years

• Age 28 to 35 years

• Strong hands-on experience in factory-based manufacturing operations.

• Proven experience in developing and launching home appliance products.

• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing standards, quality systems, BOM management, supplier development and cost control techniques.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve product launch and business targets.

• Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept generation to successful market launch.

• Identify new product opportunities through market research, consumer insights, competitor analysis and emerging technology trends.

• Collect, analyse and translate customer feedback and market data into product improvements and future product development initiatives.

• Lead cost optimisation, value engineering, localisation and improvement initiatives without compromising quality and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Production, Quality, Procurement and Marketing, to ensure timely and successful product commercialisation.

• Develop and execute the R&I roadmap, managing multiple product development projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.
