Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Drawing & Design Execution: Apply strong foundational knowledge of architectural design to draft and review complex project drawings.
Digital Design & Modeling: Leverage AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop to create precise technical plans, 3D assets, and presentation graphics.
Construction Detailing: Develop accurate interior and exterior construction detail drawings required for seamless project execution on-site.
Handover Documentation Management: Produce and refine post-construction modification drawings necessary for final handover manual updates.
Authority Approval Management: Conduct rigorous checks and necessary revisions on drawings to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory authorities.
