Responsibilities & Context:
Vendor Management for Interior Work: Coordinate vendors and monitor interior work quality.
Structural & MEP Drawing Correction: Review and update drawings based on site requirements.
Communication with Engineering Firm: Coordinate with engineers to resolve technical issues.
Communication with Site Personnel: Ensure smooth work execution through daily coordination.
Layout Check & Handover Update: Verify layouts and update handover documents.
Construction Modification: Supervise site modifications as per approved plans.
Coordination with In-house Interior Architect: Align design changes with project requirements.
Maintain InnStar Finishing Standard: Ensure high-quality finishing meets company standards.
