Advanced 3D Modeling Skills: Demonstrated expertise in high-precision 3D modeling using up-to-date architectural documentation.
Interior & Exterior Rendering Capabilities: Proven ability to create photorealistic 3D interior and exterior renderings for clear design communication.
Design Alignment: Ability to execute interior renderings in strict accordance with the vision and directions of the lead design architect.
Architectural Animation: Experience in producing dynamic, short-form animated video assets tailored for digital platforms and social media engagement.
