• Identify and develop new customers, project opportunities, and business channels.

• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients and understand project requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and technical-commercial solutions.

• Follow up on leads, quotations, negotiations, contracts, and orders.

• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure suitable technical solutions and successful project delivery.

• Excellent English communication skills are required. Chinese or Japanese language ability will be an advantage.

• Candidates should have professional knowledge and practical experience in solar PV and energy storage and/or central HVAC engineering.

• Preferred age: below 45 years.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 30,000, plus sales commission.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
