Responsibilities & Context:
Plan Layouts: Create functional 2D floor plans, elevations, section drawings, and structural layouts.
Exterior Design: Design modern building facades, landscapes, and outdoor site contexts.
Interior Design: Curate interior layouts, mood boards, material selection, and custom millwork details.
3D Modeling: Build highly accurate, clean, and organized 3D models in SketchUp Pro.
D5 Rendering: Transform SketchUp models into photorealistic 4K still renders in D5 Render.
Walkthrough Videos: Animate cinematic, high-quality architectural walkthrough videos with dynamic assets.
Client Presentation: Pitch design concepts to clients using rendered visuals and manage design revisions.
Site Coordination: Visit project sites occasionally to ensure construction aligns with approved 3D designs.
