• Lead solar PV and energy storage engineering projects from technical planning through installation, commissioning, and handover.

• Review engineering designs, technical solutions, equipment selections, and project implementation plans.

• Coordinate installation activities with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, safety procedures, and project schedules.

• Lead and develop the solar and energy storage engineering team.

• Support tendering, technical proposals, project costing, and business development when required.

• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.

• Reference monthly salary: approximately BDT 60,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

• Outstanding performers may be considered for equity incentives or other long-term rewards. The company plans to allocate up to 5% of its equity annually for outstanding employee incentives over a ten-year period, subject to company policy, performance evaluation, and applicable approvals.
