Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and technically capable Architect to support our interior and architectural projects, product applications and design development.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, interior materials, space planning and technical drawings, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit showrooms and client locations to understand customer requirements, space conditions, design preferences and project needs.

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements, functionality, aesthetics and budget.

• Prepare space planning, layouts, elevations, sections, detailed 2D drawings and 3D concepts/presentations as required.

• Prepare and present design proposals, material selections and presentation documents according to client and project requirements.

• Communicate professionally with customers and clearly explain design concepts, layouts, materials, specifications and product applications.

• Recommend suitable building, interior and finishing materials based on design requirements, budget and application, with strong knowledge of Euro Decor products.

• Conduct site visits to client locations, factories, offices, showrooms and project sites for measurement, assessment, inspection and design coordination.

• Coordinate with clients, sales teams, project teams, contractors, suppliers and other relevant parties to ensure proper understanding and execution of design requirements.

• Review shop drawings, technical details and design implementation, and coordinate necessary design revisions with the relevant teams.

• Prepare BOQ and material schedules and support project estimation and costing when required.

• Follow up with clients regularly and make necessary design modifications based on their feedback and project requirements.

• Monitor design implementation and ensure design accuracy, functionality, aesthetics and practical execution.

• Support the Sales and Business Development teams with technical product knowledge, design solutions, client presentations and project discussions.

• Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for client meetings, showroom visits, site visits, factory visits and other project-related activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in architecture, interior design or related projects.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant architectural/design software.

• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization or rendering software will be preferred.

• Good understanding of architectural drawings, materials and construction methods.

• Strong design sense with attention to detail.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to visit project sites when required.

• Good understanding of interior materials and their applications will be an advantage.

• Creative, responsible, organized and solution-oriented.
