Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 36 years
Strong understanding of space planning, scale, proportion, lighting, materials, colors, and aesthetics.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent software.Strong knowledge and practical experience in 3D visualization and realistic rendering.
Ability to effectively integrate AI tools into the design and visualization process
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop creative interior design concepts, space planning, layouts, and material selections for residential, commercial, and corporate projects.
Prepare detailed 3D models, realistic renders, walkthroughs, mood boards, and presentation materials.
Utilize AI-based tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, AI rendering tools/plugins, etc. for concept development, visualization, and presentation enhancement.
Prepare professional design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and management.
Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, elevations, and other necessary drawings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site execution teams to ensure proper implementation of approved designs.
Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure design accuracy during execution.
Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining project requirements, quality, and deadlines.
