• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,BRAC University students will get preference

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural software.

• Excellent design sense and project management capability.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lead architectural design and planning for residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, concepts, and design presentations.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, and plumbing engineers to ensure integrated design solutions.

•  Supervise project progress and ensure design compliance during construction.

•  Review and approve drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.

• Communicate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Manage project timelines and ensure quality standards are maintained
