§ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed public or private university (M.Sc. in Civil Engineering / PGD in project Management will be considered an added advantage)
§ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management, construction audit, project controls, quality assurance, or related fields
Responsibilities & Context:
§ Strong practical knowledge of civil construction, project execution, and site operations
§ Expertise in quantity estimation, BOQ verification, rate analysis, and construction cost control
§ Sound knowledge of structural drawings, specifications, BNBC, and construction quality standards
§ Experience in conducting construction audits, identifying project risks, and evaluating internal controls will be considered an added advantage
§ Ability to review project budgets, material consumption, contractor bills, measurement books (MB), and project documentation
§ Strong analytical, investigation, and report writing skills
§ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
§ Experience in ERP systems and data analytics tools will be considered an added advantage
§ Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions for reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency
§ Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
§ Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively to construction project sites
