Responsibilities & Context:

• Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.

• Create and modify accurate 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop drawings and technical details based on the Architect/Engineer’s design requirements.

• Prepare detailed drawings for construction and execution purposes.

• Conduct site measurements and update drawings according to existing site conditions.

• Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings when required.

• Review drawings for dimensions, scale, materials, specifications, and accuracy.

• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on client and architect feedback.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams regarding drawing-related issues.

• Maintain and organize project drawings and documentation properly.

• Ensure timely submission of drawings according to project schedules.

• Assist the project team with any other drafting and documentation requirements.
