• Minimum 18 years of total professional experience for Diploma Engineer and 12 Years for Bachelor with a minimum of 10 years working specifically in a related field.

• Established experience working within the Developer or Real Estate sectors.

• Skills & Additional Requirements   . 

• Comprehensive knowledge of electromechanical works for both residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings.

• Practical experience in the design and installation of central air conditioning systems.

• Strong, established connections with high-ranking officials at DESCO, DPDC, and PDB.

Electrical Works

·        Analyze and interpret designs, specifications, and drawings specifically for core Electrical works.

·        Ensure the accurate placement of electrical conduits throughout various stages of building construction.

·        Oversee the proper routing of cables and the installation of electrical distribution boards.

·        Supervise the precise execution and installation of all electrical fixtures and amenities.

·        Assume full responsibility for dealing with DPDC, DESCO, and PDB authorities regarding HT line extensions, demand note issuance, meter testing, and permanent HT connections.

·        Ensure solar connections meet specified loads and arrange for successful inspections by DESCO, DPDC, or PDB authorities.

·        Oversee all Electrical Licensing Board (ELB) inspections and successfully obtain clearance certificates.

·        Liaise with the city corporation to secure road cutting permissions and ensure timely project execution.

Electromechanical Works

·        Analyze and interpret designs, specifications, and drawings specifically for Electromechanical systems (e.g., Substations, Lifts, Generators, Fire-fighting systems).

·        Finalize specifications and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical substations, generators, and multi-ATS in strict compliance with relevant codes.

·        Monitor the execution of fire fighting systems, including fire hydrants and fire alarms, and coordinate with the Fire Service & Civil Defense Department to secure necessary fire clearance certificates.

·        Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of elevators, central air conditioning systems, CCTV security systems, and public announcement systems.

·        Oversee all electromechanical activities for both ongoing and completed (handed-over) projects.

·        Respond promptly to service and maintenance calls concerning elevators, fire systems, CCTV, and public announcement systems.

Procurement, Design & Project Management

·        Prepare and finalize material purchase requisitions, ensuring all items possess proper specifications and accurate quantities.

·        Conduct necessary research and value engineering for all electrical and electromechanical systems.

·        Guarantee compliance with all technical requirements strictly within established cost and time baselines.

·        Collaborate effectively with all internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
