Project Management Certification is mandatory, such as PMP or CAPM.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Project Management, Engineering Projects, Construction, MEP, Industrial Projects, or related fields.
Experience in managing vendor relationships will be preferred.

Excellent project planning and coordination ability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management Tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Business Development to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and manage business development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering along with professional Project Management certification.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, clients, and strategic partnerships.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, feasibility studies, and commercial offers.
Manage client relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, procurement, and project teams for successful project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong business pipeline and prepare regular management reports.
Ensure effective project and stakeholder communication throughout the business development cycle.
