Job Context:

We are looking for dynamic and analytical individuals for the position of Executive in the Business Process Optimization team. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting ERP-related initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze end-to-end business processes across different functions.

• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and control weaknesses.

• Propose process improvements and standardization initiatives aligned with business strategy.

• Gather, validate, and document business requirements.

• Support ERP/ IBA implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects.

• Track issues, change requests, and resolution status.

• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on data and user feedback.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and best practices.
