• Knowledge of electrical safety, statutory compliance and energy management.

• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns when required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Jenbacher J420 Generator: Operation, maintenance, overhauling, efficiency monitoring, fuel consumption monitoring, and troubleshooting of Jenbacher J420 generators.

2. Spinning Machinery: Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of modern spinning machinery, including: Rieter Blow Room, Rieter Carding, Rieter Lap Former,Comber,Drawing,Toyota Simplex, Toyota Ring, Autoconer Qpro

3. Generator Maintenance: Overall generator operation, preventive maintenance, overhauling, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting.

4. Maintenance & Spare Parts Management: Lead and manage overall maintenance operations, including spare parts planning, control, inventory management, and availability.

5. Electrical Substation: Operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical substations and related electrical systems.

6. Generator Efficiency & Co-generation: Monitor generator efficiency and fuel consumption, with knowledge of co-generation systems, including EGB and Chiller.

7. Compressor System: Operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of compressors.

8. AC Plant: Operation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of AC plants.

9. Electrical System: Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of the complete electrical system of the spinning mill, from Blow Room through to Finishing.

10. Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance schedules.

11. PLC & VFD: PLC, VFD, electrical control system, and spinning machinery troubleshooting.

12. Spare Parts & Budget Management: Manage spare parts, parts inventory, and yearly maintenance budgets.

13. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs for machinery and electrical systems.

14. Breakdown Reduction: Monitor sectional breakdowns and implement measures to minimize machinery and equipment downtime.

15. Software & Maintenance Systems: Utilize relevant software systems for maintenance operations, monitoring, reporting, and documentation.
