Esquire Knit Composite PLC is looking for a competent and performance-driven Senior Executive – IE to strengthen its Industrial Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving line efficiency, supporting cost-effective production and specially ensuring accurate SMV calculation in knit garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct time & motion study and prepare accurate SMV.

• Develop operation bulletin and machine layout plan.

• Perform line balancing and manpower planning for maximum productivity.

• Monitor daily production efficiency and analyze performance gaps.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement method improvements.

• Conduct capacity analysis based on order quantity and shipment schedule.

• Support implementation of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement).

• Prepare and present IE performance reports to management.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising teams.
