Responsibilities & Context:
* Develop and ensure accurate sweater fit, measurements and construction as per buyer specifications.
* Analyze tech packs, measurement charts and fitting comments, and implement technical corrections.
* Handle knitting construction, stitch, gauge, tension and machine-related technical requirements.
* Conduct fit sessions and identify issues related to measurements, shape, balance and garment construction.
* Work closely with Design, Merchandising and Production teams to achieve the required fit and technical standards.
* Troubleshoot technical and fit-related issues during sample development and bulk production.
* Ensure final samples meet buyer requirements, approved measurements, workmanship and technical standards.
