Responsibilities & Context:
Establish comprehensive quality protocols across all tailoring operations to ensure 100% adherence to buyer specifications and minimize factory defect rates.
Lead technical audits and root-cause analyses at manufacturing sites to quickly resolve repetitive sewing, cutting, and fit issues.
Partner closely with factory floor managers to align strict quality control checkpoints with production timelines and shipment deadlines.
Enforce Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards across all vendors through regular performance evaluations and continuous compliance tracking.
