Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
MBA/PGD in Marketing, Supply Chain or related field will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of garments production processes and order execution.
Good understanding of SMV, capacity calculation, production planning and efficiency analysis.
Strong knowledge of TNA, order follow-up and delivery planning.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/MIS.
Knowledge of ERP/software-based production and order management systems will be an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Good understanding of Knit Garments and Composite Factory operations.
Monitor and analyze marketing/merchandising-related production capacity, order status and delivery performance.
Coordinate with Marketing/Merchandising, Production, PPC, IE, Commercial and Factory Management to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
Analyze order-wise SMV, capacity, manpower, production efficiency and lead time to support accurate order planning.
Prepare and maintain order-wise capacity and production planning reports for management and marketing teams.
Review customer/order requirements and evaluate production feasibility in coordination with the relevant departments.
Monitor TNA (Time & Action) plans, production progress and shipment commitments to identify potential delays.
Analyze production performance against order quantity, delivery dates and planned capacity and highlight deviations.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly management reports covering order status, production capacity, efficiency, shipment and delivery performance.
Support the Marketing/Merchandising team with capacity analysis, production lead-time calculation and order commitment decisions.
Identify bottlenecks affecting order execution and coordinate with concerned departments for timely corrective action.
Monitor order booking versus available capacity and provide recommendations for effective capacity utilization.
Analyze historical production data and prepare reports to support costing, order negotiation and business decisions.
Coordinate with merchandising and production teams regarding style change, order quantity, delivery schedule and production feasibility.
Develop MIS dashboards and analytical reports using MS Excel/ERP for management review.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of order and production-related information between Marketing and Factory teams.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
