Responsibilities & Context:

A 100% export oriented tent manufacturing company looking for Manager Maintenance - Mechanical Engineering for its Maintenance Department.

- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, control panels, MCC, DB, breakers, contactors, relays, sensors, motors, and VFDs.

- Diagnose and repair PCB boards, power supply boards, control boards, and electronic circuits using multimeters, clamp meters, oscilloscopes, and other testing equipment.

- Install, troubleshoot, modify, and maintain PLC-based automation and control systems.

- Understand PLC programming, including ladder logic, I/O configuration, timers, counters, interlocks, and troubleshooting.

- Identify PLC input/output faults and troubleshoot communication problems between PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and machines.

- Read and understand electrical circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and panel drawings.

- Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, three-phase systems, motors, transformers, SMPS, relays, sensors, and industrial electronic components.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment.

- Support machine installation, commissioning, modification, and electrical system upgrades.

- Analyze recurring electrical faults and implement permanent corrective actions.

- Maintain proper records of electrical breakdowns, maintenance activities, spare parts, and equipment condition.

- Ensure electrical work complies with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable electrical regulations.

- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and other departments during machine breakdowns and improvement projects.

- Guide technicians and electricians during troubleshooting and maintenance activities.

- Maintain adequate stock of critical electrical and electronic spare parts.
