যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা

• স্বীকৃত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) সম্পন্ন হতে হবে
• IAB Membership থাকতে হবে
• Preferably ৫+ বছরের Professional Experience
• শক্তিশালী Architecture & Interior Design Portfolio থাকতে হবে
• Concept থেকে Execution পর্যন্ত Project Handle করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে
• Design Detailing, Working Drawing, Material এবং Site Execution সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে
• Client Meeting ও Design Presentation আত্মবিশ্বাসের সাথে পরিচালনা করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে
• Team Lead করার মানসিকতা ও Leadership Skill থাকতে হবে

মূল দায়িত্ব

নির্বাচিত Senior Architect-কে প্রয়োজনে Lead Architect-এর দায়িত্ব নিয়ে Project পরিচালনা করতে হবে।

• Architectural & Interior Space Planning
• Concept Development & Design Direction
• Design Development & Design Review
• Furniture Layout & Circulation Planning
• Detailed Working Drawing প্রস্তুত ও Review
• Material, Finish & Specification Selection
• 3D Visualization Team-কে Design Direction দেওয়া
• BOQ ও Design Specification Coordination
• Client Meeting & Design Presentation
• Site Visit, Execution Review & Quality Control
• Engineer, Designer, Vendor ও Site Team-এর সাথে Coordination
• Execution-এর আগে Drawing ও Design Details Review করা
• Project Timeline ও Design Deliverables Maintain করা
• Junior Architect ও Designer-দের Guide করা
• Assigned Project-এর সম্পূর্ণ Design Ownership নেওয়া

Software Skill

AutoCAD | SketchUp | 3ds Max / Relevant 3D Software | V-Ray / Enscape | Photoshop | MS Office

Revit / BIM সম্পর্কে দক্ষতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
