Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of practical experience in Interior Site Execution

• Must be capable of handling a complete interior project from site handover to final completion

• Strong knowledge of Interior Finishing, Civil, Electrical, MS, SS, Glass, Paint & Carpentry works

• Able to read and execute Working Drawings accurately

• Capable of preparing BOQ, Cost Estimation & Material Quantity Take-off

• Excellent knowledge of Interior Materials, Brands, Specifications & Market Rates

• Strong skills in Site Supervision, Quality Control, Labour & Vendor Management

• Able to coordinate with clients, designers and subcontractors professionally

• Must be responsible, presentable and able to solve on-site problems independently

• Candidates residing in Uttara or nearby areas will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience & Skills)
