Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Hands-on experience with:

1. Siemens PLC – S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300/400 and TIA Portal

2. ABB PLC and automation systems

3. Schneider Electric PLC and automation systems

4. Omron PLC and automation systems

• Knowledge of HMI and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of VFD, motor control, instrumentation, sensors, and industrial communication protocols.
• Ability to read and understand electrical control drawings, wiring diagrams, and automation schematics.
• Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience with Siemens, Schneider Electric, Ls, and Omron PLC automation will be strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and under project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to customer/project sites when required.
• Good command of Bangla and English, both written and verbal.

Job Context

Reveltech Power & Automation Corporation is looking for experienced and technically skilled Automation Engineers to join our engineering team. The selected candidates will be responsible for the design, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial automation and control systems.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and practical knowledge of PLC-based automation systems. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, and Omron PLC platforms and have hands-on experience in industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, program, and commission industrial automation and control systems.
• Develop and modify PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs according to project requirements.
• Work with Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, and Omron PLC automation platforms.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, system modification, and optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, soft starters, sensors, control devices, and industrial communication systems.
• Support the design, testing, installation, and commissioning of electrical control panels.
• Conduct factory and customer-site visits for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Prepare automation drawings, I/O lists, control philosophies, technical documentation, and project reports.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal engineering teams for project execution.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing automation systems.
• Ensure successful completion of automation projects within the required schedule and technical specifications.
