Requirement

• Material Sourcing &Purchasing: Find and buy construction inputs like cement, steel rebar, aggregates, bricks ,and ready mix concrete.

• RFQ preparation :Create and issue requests for quotations (RFQs) based on project drawing specifications.

• Bid Evaluation: Review supplier offers technically and commercially to build comparative price statements.

• price negotiation: negotiate rates ,payment terms ,and delivery schedules with vendors to minimize project costs.

• Order management: Issue official purchase orders (POs) and track shipments until they arrive safely at the construction site.

• Vendor Management: Check supplier performance, quality consistency,and delivery speed.

• Planning & Design: Use computer – aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints, structural Models ,and site layouts.

• Site Investigations : Conduct feasibility studies, soil tests ,site assessments to verify ground and material strength.

• Project Management: Manage project budgets ,schedule equipment deliveries and allocate resources.

• Quality & safety control: Monitor building processes on-site to ensure strict compliance with health, safety and legal regulations.

• Stakeholder coordination: Liaise closely with architects, contractors, clients, and municipal authorities.

• Must have good sound knowledge in bangla& englise type,
