• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

• Age At least 20 years

• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.

• Associate Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh preferred.

• Experience in both architectural and interior projects will be given preference.

• Professional command of design and rendering software.

• Knowledge of interior detailing and working drawings.

• Prepare architectural concepts/ sketches, drawings, and detailed design solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use projects independently and under supervision.

• Prepare interior design, drawings, material specifications.

• Prepare presentation materials.

• Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines and contractors/ sub-contractors.

• Prepare approval drawings and assist in compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, DAP, Cantonment Board, and other regulatory requirements.

• Conduct site visits and monitor construction and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

• Take active role in project inception, implementation to closure.

• Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, BOQs, and relevant technical documentation.
