Education:
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Regular member of IAB preferred.
Requirements:

Skills Required: 3D modeling and rendering,AutoCAD,Construction Supervision,Interior and exterior Design,Project Coordination,Working Drawing
Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Professional command of design and rendering software.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing, interior detailing, and working drawings.
• Familiarity with RAJUK approval procedures, BNBC, and DAP regulations.
• Strong design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Full Membership of the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in both architectural and interior projects will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
• Develop architectural concepts, planning layouts, and detailed design solutions for residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Prepare interior design concepts, layouts, detailed interior drawings, material specifications, and presentation materials.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for architectural and interior projects.
• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering disciplines.
• Prepare approval drawings and assist in compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, DAP, Cantonment Board, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Take active role in project incept, implementation to closure.
• Assist in preparing project reports, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation.
