• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering

• Age At least 21 years

• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure adherence to the production plan and schedule.

• Monitor production progress and communicate updates, delays, and bottlenecks to the Production Manager.

• Liaise with Planning, Store, QA, QC, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production operations.

• Prepare and maintain production reports, shift reports, daily output records, and other operational documentation.

• Track raw material and packaging material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid production interruptions.

• Support line balancing, manpower allocation, and production efficiency improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, GMP, and company policies throughout the production process.

• Assist in coordinating new product trials, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
