কাজের দক্ষতা:
- ড্রয়িং (Architectural & Structural) দেখে সাইটে হুবহু কাজ করানোর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- রড কাস্টিং, ঢালাই, শাটারিং, গাথুনি ও প্লাস্টারের কোয়ালিটি নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
- মালামাল/ম্যাটেরিয়ালের সঠিক হিসাব (Estimation) ও ওয়েস্টেজ নিয়ন্ত্রণের ক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
- অটো-লেভেল মেশিন দিয়ে সাইট লেআউট দেওয়ার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- অন্যান্য: সাইটে উপস্থিত থেকে কাজ করানোর মানসিকতা এবং শ্রমিকদের পরিচালনা করার ভালো নেতৃত্বগুণ থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
ঢাকা শহরে একটি ব্যক্তিগত দশ তলা ভবন নির্মাণ কার্যক্রম তত্ত্বাবধায়নের জন্য নির্মাণ শিল্পে চার থেকে পাঁচ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন একজন দক্ষ ডিপ্লোমা/বিএসসি (সিভিল) ইঞ্জিনিয়ার আবশ্যক।
