• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

• Bachelor of Architecture / Master of Architecture from any reputed university.

• 7 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age At least 32 years

• 2D & 3D visualization & software skill

• Skill in 3D MAX, Sketch up,D5, Lumion, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, Illustartor and other related software.

• Must have knowledge on RAJUK Rules, FAR, BNBC

• Should have IAB MEBBERSHIP NO.

• Should have experience on Real estate company

• Should have capacity of large volume project.

Additional Requirements

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate / Residential & Commercial space, Architectural firm.

• Key initiative planning and execution

• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

• Strategic Thinking & creative development

• Strong imagination and ability to think & create in three dimensions

• Prepare detailed architectural, finishing, working, and coordination drawings for building exteriors.

• Develop high-quality 3D conceptual models,

• Prepare architectural plans and designs independently for building construction.

• Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, elevations, and interior details.
