Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular site visits to inspect architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and company standards.
Review and correct architectural drawings as required during project execution.
Coordinate with external architectural firms regarding design updates and technical issues.
Communicate effectively with site personnel to ensure smooth execution of architectural works.
Verify site layouts and update handover manuals and project documentation.
Recommend and implement necessary construction modifications while maintaining design intent.
Coordinate with the in-house Phase-2 Interior Architect for design development and execution.
Ensure top-notch finishing quality in accordance with InnStar Limited's standards.
Monitor architectural finishing works, including tiles, paint, ceilings, doors, windows, and decorative finishes.
Report site progress, identify issues, and provide practical solutions to maintain project schedules and quality.
