Experience:

• Diploma in Survey Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering from any government-recognized polytechnic or survey institute.

• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of practical survey experience specifically within the Real Estate or Construction industry in Bangladesh.

• Technical Skills: Expert-level command over Total Station operations GPS and AutoCAD software.

• Field Agility: Ability to travel frequently to various project sites and work long hours outdoors under different weather conditions.

• Local Regulations: Strong understanding of RAJUK/CDA rules, mouza map systems, and local land measurement units (Katha, Bigha, Decimal).

• Proper Survey by using Drone.

Job Context:

• We are looking for an accurate, detail-oriented, and highly experienced Surveyor to manage our land mapping, boundary layouts, and construction project measurements.

Job Responsibilities

• Land Mapping: Conduct precise boundary, topographic, and hydrographic surveys of proposed and existing real estate project sites.

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and features, using surveying instruments and techniques, GPS, and aerial photogrammetry (Drone Survey).

• Layout Marking: Execute accurate structural layout markings on-site based on approved architectural and structural engineering designs.

• Equipment Mastery: Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced surveying instruments including Total Station, Digital Level, and GPS.

• Data Analysis: Process field survey data using AutoCAD, or specialized GIS software to generate precise maps and digital plots.

• Legal Documentation: Verify land deeds, mouza maps (RS, CS, BS, City Survey), and government land records to ensure project boundaries are clear of legal disputes.

• Site Supervision: Collaborating with civil engineers and project managers to monitor earthwork volume calculations (cutting/filling) and piling alignments.
