Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the primary liaison between hardware design, cell chemistry research, operations, and leadership teams.
Firmware Design, Control Algorithms, Communication Protocols & Safety Integration & BMS Development.
Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA systems.
Assist in developing and maintaining the internal Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to track battery assembly metrics.
Supervise ML models focused on premature battery degradation detection, quality sort mapping and throughput efficiency improvements.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
