Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements, project brief, and budget.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.

• Develop 3D models, interior visualization, and presentation materials using relevant design software.

• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure design accuracy according to actual site conditions.

• Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Select and recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and other interior elements according to the design concept and project budget.

• Prepare and review BOQ, material specifications, and quantity requirements in coordination with the project team.

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, collect feedback, and make necessary revisions.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure proper implementation of approved designs.

• Monitor ongoing site work to ensure that construction and interior works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and design intent.

• Identify and resolve design and site-related issues during project execution.

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, material selections, and project-related information.

• Stay updated with current interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry standards.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned design and project-related tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Job Context

The selected candidate will work closely with the design and project execution team on various residential, commercial, office, restaurant, café, showroom, and other interior projects. The role requires a combination of creative design skills, technical knowledge, site coordination, client communication, and project execution ability.
