• Diploma in Mechanical in Industrial Eng & Production, Automobile

Minimum 5 years experience in hydraulic installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, accumulators, HPUs, filtration and piping. Experience with dredgers, cranes, winches, steering gear or heavy machinery preferred. Ability to read hydraulic schematics and engineering drawings. Knowledge of PLC-controlled and electro-hydraulic systems. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic and hands-on skills. Experience with hydraulic testing and measuring equipment. Hydraulic technical certification/training will be an advantage.

• Install, modify, test, commission and maintain hydraulic systems for dredgers, cranes, winches, steering gear and other marine equipment.

• Diagnose faults and perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.

• Repair/replace pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings and related components.

• Read and interpret hydraulic schematics, P&IDs, drawings and technical manuals.

• Integrate hydraulic systems with electrical controls and PLC systems.

• Supervise technicians and manpower and ensure timely project completion.

• Conduct inspections, performance testing and hydraulic diagnostics.

• Maintain maintenance, inspection and commissioning records and submit progress reports.

• Ensure safety, quality and company standards.

• Coordinate with mechanical/electrical teams, foreign experts, manufacturers and suppliers.
