Responsibilities & Context:
Ø Planning & supervising daily manufacturing processes of different variety’s tea.
Ø Ensure quality, safety, security and production targets.
Ø Timely finished goods (Tea) delivery to auction and packaging unit.
Ø Manage workers and factory operations.
Ø Monitor machines and reduce downtime.
Ø Inventory Management of RM, PM & FG.
Ø Maintain reports and support audits.
