Experience:

Master's degree in Polymer Science or Advanced Chemistry from reputed university (preferably from DU, JU, RU) or a foreign university.

• At least 10 years

• Age At least 26 years

• 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the polymer industry or a related field.

• Experience working in a foreign lab will be considered an added advantage.

• Proven expertise in polymer science, resin optimization, and material innovation.

• Strong technical grounding in processing methods such as injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion.

• Experience collaborating with global raw material suppliers, R&D partners, and academic institutions.

• Sound understanding of polymer characterization techniques and laboratory testing methods.

• Publications in Scopus-indexed journals will be considered an added advantage.

The Capability Planning Manager will be responsible for pioneering material innovations, resin optimization, and high-value plastic formulations that drive raw material cost savings across ACI's plastics and packaging portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Develop and test novel polymer blends, custom masterbatches, and engineered resins to improve structural strength while reducing material weight.

• Lead research into Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) and Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) resin integration without compromising structural performance.

• Optimize injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion processing parameters for newly introduced plastic

• formulations.

• Conduct comprehensive polymer characterization studies (thermal, mechanical, rheological properties) in laboratory settings.

• Extensive Work with R&D team of world class suppliers such as Exxon Mobil, Dow Chemical, Academician, Professional body for raw materials development and implementation in ACI plant

• Continuous improvement in recipe of own products and the combination of packaging of Premiaflex customers.
