• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in field operations, primary data collection, market research, or internal audit operations; strong academic record and communication skills preferred.

• Strong observational skills with sharp attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Google Forms, MS Excel, and basic MS PowerPoint for reporting; minimum literacy in Al tools is expected.

• Excellent verbal communication in both English and Bangla.

• High integrity, reliability, and the ability to work independently under deadlines in the field.

• High resilience and full commitment to extensive, continuous travel across all districts of Bangladesh.

The Officer, Remote Audit & Market Survey will be responsible for supporting remote audit and market survey activities by monitoring depot operations, reviewing key transactions, identifying control weaknesses, and collecting market data to strengthen risk monitoring and support informed business decisions.

What You Will Do

• Support remote audit activities across depots, reviewing invoicing, cash, inventory, fixed assets, and key operational transactions.

• Identify control weaknesses, irregularities, and potential fraud indicators, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Assist in surprise reviews, investigations, pre-payment audits, and ad hoc assignments.

• Visit retail, wholesale, and corporate markets as per approved plans to conduct structured surveys.

• Collect accurate data on pricing, product availability, competitors, and market trends.

• Compile, validate, and analyze audit and market survey data, maintaining proper documentation and supporting evidence.

• Document and report significant observations and emerging risks identified during field visits.

• Perform ad hoc assignments and special reviews as directed by the supervisor or Chief Audit Executive.
