Job Responsibilities

• The branch’s accounting system needs to be improved.

• The skills of branch accountants need to be improved.

• Branch Books of Accounts and bill vouchers must be verified.

• Zonal reports must be prepared as per the requirement of Zonal Manager.

• Must have computer skill.

• Must have skills in working with accounting software.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to the headquarters.

• There should be a Mentality of Night Hold in the branch during branch inspection.

• Must Have knowledge of ratio analysis to monitor NGO activities.

• Must Have Full Proficiency in Accounting.

• Will have skills in Preparing an MIS/AIS report.

• Contributory provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, conveyance, Motor Cycle Repairing, Fuel Cost, Mobile etc. according to the organizational policy.
